As a Care Solution Specialist, I support the customer support expert if they are having an issue to resolve the concern of the customers and take escalations as well. As a Customer Support Expert/Sales Representative I assist the customer to process claims if they need to have their phone repair or replace. And offer insurance for their home devices that is connected to Wi-Fi.
I am assisting the customers to do any changes on their account like personal information’s, changing their plan, switching devices and phone numbers. I also help the customers about their billing concerns like changing due date and process payment. I help the customer to troubleshoot their phone if they having an issue with the service.
I am assisting the customers to process their medications and mail it to them, sending request to their doctors to get a new prescription and process payment as well.
I am assisting the customers to choose a hotel that is fit to their needs and budget, process payments and refund as well.
Schedules consultations between sales staff and prospective clients, ensuring that important meetings are booked.
