-Resolve members and providers issues like medical and pharmacy claims, eligibility, benefits and website troubleshooting in a timely manner.
-Investigate claims and obtain relevant facts to determine coverage, benefits and accurate liability.
-Ensure cases were pended on the right queue to be reviewed and escalated in a timely manner.
-Review appeals and grievance cases for possible priority and potential feedback.
-Complete, document, and respond appropriately to the correspondence and the associated case in a timely manner.
-Ensure to access, identify, and research the correspondence including claims and past inquiries.
-Make sure to transfer the Right Person Contact to the Account Specialist.
-Handles both client and customers concern.
-Prepare data needed for monthly inventory.
-Responsible in preparing raw materials needed in the production line.
-Handle other work related to production.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
To ensure customers are satisfied with the products/services they received and to provide support/assistance as needed.
