Loan Specialist in the Army is a noncommissioned officer responsible for providing assistance to Soldiers in need of financial assistance. I provide financial guidance and assistance to help Soldiers make sound financial decisions. I manage the loan program, ensuring loans are issued in accordance with regulations and procedures. I review loan requests and applications to determine eligibility, review credit reports, and advise Soldiers on the best course of action to resolve their financial difficulties. I also maintain records of all loan requests and payments, and provide input to the chain of command on loan policies.
As Branch Service Associate I'm responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a Insurance company. I answer customer inquiries, process transactions, and help customers open new accounts. Additionally, I am responsible for balancing the branch’s cash drawer and providing guidance to new customers. As a part of customer service, I am responsible for promoting products and services and assisting customers with technical issues. I must be knowledgeable about insurance regulations and products, and I must be able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
