He is able to adapt and adjust to different working environments. His goal is to start his own business. He leads an active lifestyle and is appreciative of the arts. Coordinates and is responsible for the satisfaction and success of clients and
the business results of these clients for Etaily. Involves account management and serves as the “face of Etaily” and primary point of contact for client executives and key stakeholders at each assigned account. Primarily in charge of the performance management for our brands and clients, managing overall account profitability, analysis, and recommendations to key
stakeholders both on the client or brand and internally. Manages overall account profitability via P&L management. Co-develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans with Clients. Manage to maximize GMV with day-to-day collaboration with client and channels. Customer budget management and P&L execution, including reimbursement to deliver agreed GMV, Take Rate, and Profit. Develop forecasts, monitor progress against key performance indicators, produce insights, analyze data, identify improvement areas, and gather market information to achieve objectives. Work closely with internal departments (tech, operations, marketing) and external parties (clients, marketplaces, third-party agencies) to achieve traffic, conversion, average order value & sales targets, troubleshoot, and resolve business issues. Advise clients on increasing online sales through merchandising, content, promotion planning, and marketing activities. Manage fast-growing e-commerce sales of large brand owners through their own webstore or other online channels and initiative channel.
Managing day to day operations to ensure employees work flow proceeds without delay. Assists in managing the sales, operation, finance and legal department. Directs employees to keep regular contact with clients to ensure that their service level agreement are met. Searching and acquisition of potential clients.
Manage day to day operations of client’s store in various ecommerce platforms. Leads a team of Key Accounts Managers and serves as the main point of contact and cascades directions and options to best hit our sales, traffic and conversion targets. Formulates Monthly sales plans and strategizing with clients on how to best achieve their targets. Strategic planning to ensure brand growth in terms of sales, visibility and overall performance. Manages relations with key platform contact to ensure that we are able to execute our initiatives as seamlessly as possible. Leads a team of Key Accounts Managers and serves as the main point of contact and cascades directions and options to best hit our sales, traffic and conversion targets. Identifying team members’ area of improvements and working closely with them to help develop and refine those fields.
