I have recently attended comprehensive training programs focusing on General Virtual Assistant (GVA) and Facebook Ads Management. This training has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of leveraging GVA to streamline administrative tasks, enhance productivity, and improve overall efficiency. Along with this, I have gained expertise in utilizing Facebook Ads to drive targeted marketing campaigns, optimize audience engagement, and achieve measurable results.
Furthermore, I have accumulated extensive experience in Human Resources and Administration. In my previous roles, I have been responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Additionally, my background in Teaching has equipped me with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
Combining my diverse skill set and experience in HR, administration, and teaching with my recent training in GVA and Facebook Ads, I am confident I can contribute to your organization's success. Develop and deliver engaging course materials in a variety of subjects. Provide guidance and support to students to ensure their academic success. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment. Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and other staff. Provide guidance and support to students in navigating college and career options. Assist with the development and implementation of student support programs.
Assists in conducting preliminary screening of job applications and making arrangements for succeeding interviews. Assists in conducting activities related to recruitment, selection, and promotion. Preparation, administration, and checking of qualifying examinations needed for job applicants. Prepares Employee Qualification Evaluation (EQE) for Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board. Conduct Background Investigation of job applicants. Assists in the preparation of Appointments, Oath of Office, Position Description, and other documents related to salaries and personnel benefits. Assists in maintaining 201 files. Assists in the preparation and updating of staffing patterns. In charge of the monitoring of Learning and Development of employees in coordination with Professional Education, Training, and Research PETRU and Processing and monitoring of employee Leave Credits.
