Human Resources (HR): With a strong foundation in HR management, I have been responsible for
recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, compliance, and
employee relations. My approach is to ensure that the workforce is aligned with the company’s mission
while fostering a positive work culture.

Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist (CSR): As a passionate CSR specialist, I was committed to drive
impactful and sustainable change for both businesses and communities. With a background in corporate
sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and community development, I’ve helped organizations
integrate responsible business practices that align with their values and contribute to a better world. I
believe that CSR is not just a responsibility but a powerful opportunity to build long-term value for both
companies and society.

Safety Management: I have helped developed and implemented safety programs aimed at minimizing
risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a safe environment for employees. My
background includes conducting safety audits, maintaining OSHA compliance, training staff on best
safety practices and worked for the accomplishment for the accreditation of Integrated Management
System including Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health & Safety System (OHS) and
Environmental Management System (EMS).

Inventory Management: I’ve overseen inventory systems, from forecasting demand and managing stock
levels to implementing processes that minimize waste and reduce costs. My goal is to ensure that
organizations maintain optimal inventory to meet customer demand without excess.
Procurement Management: I’ve worked with various vendors, negotiated contracts, and managed
procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of materials and services. I
understand the balance between quality, price, and delivery to ensure the business runs smoothly.
