With that, I’ve learned to be good at working under pressure and I'm an extremely self-motivated person, a self-starter, which I believe is an immense help because I don't need to be constantly monitored or supervised. I am very passionate about my work and I always take responsibility for my ongoing professional development. I also love traveling as it makes me feel relaxed, excites me, and energizes me. • Prepares Internal Memos / Announcements
• Provide employee relations support to managers and employees throughout the company to resolve complex workplace issues
• Conducts Internal Job interviews
• Facilitates New Hire Orientation
• Consolidates Return to Work Order/ Attrition Notification Forms and prepares notices
• Responsible for conducting Return to Work Meeting for NCNS (no call no show) and AWOL Employees

• Assists in activities related to Employee Recognition Programs, Employee Assistance Programs
• Lead Coordinator for all Staff in the company’s Health and Welfare Maintenance Programs; Works closely with the Medical Services Team for all Health and Wellness issues, activities, and programs
• Handles processing/monitoring of HMO enrolment and concerns
• Lead coordination with Health Provider in assisting employees’ needs and assistance
• Maintaining and Updating all HR Control Files
• Preparation of HR Reports being sent to Management
• Providing support to the HR Department in developing HR Procedures
• Responsible for the implementation of Employee Welfare and Relations Programs and Activities Monthly Wellness, Employees quarterly birthday bash, Teambuilding Programs, Outing, Christmas Party, Special Site Programs, CSR Activities
• Assists in the creation of the annual HR Calendar and HR Activities Budget
• Consolidates HR Reports of Site HR Officers
• Coordinates for all inter-departmental / site communications memos, announcements
• Coordinates logistics and other material requirements for all SBUs and Sites Employee Activities Alabang, Pampanga, Zambales
• Coordinates for Health, Safety, and Security Programs for all SBUs
• Assists in Strategic Planning Sessions and Workshops for all SBUs
• Oversees HR and Admin Assistant / Receptionist
• Supervision of outsourced staff drivers, utilities & messengers
• Coordinates with suppliers/ service providers
• Handles renovation projects, renovation permits, and asset turnovers
• Reviews and monitors current accounts particularly Over-the-Counter payments and Post-Dated-Checks to prevent delinquency of the accounts
• Prepares the daily, weekly, and monthly reports, especially the productivity of each team member
• Handles client concerns, issues, and queries
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
