Social Media
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily via Metricool (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor, report and optimize SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews, identify concerns to Directors as appropriate
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Outreach
- Oversee the planning and implementation of outreach strategies with a particular focus on connecting potential users in the broader community.
- Reach out to these two high-value communities:
- Voice actors and On-Camera/Theatre Actors, working and new - Objective is to find actors looking for what we have and inspire them to join the site. Currently our strongest pull is voice actors, but we have coaches for on-camera acting and theatre as well, so reaching out to those communities also moves us towards our goals.
- Indie and Non-Union Casting Professionals and Content Creators - These are Casting Directors and Creators making games, animation, corporate presentations, anything that uses voice actors and on-camera actors. Non-Union is self-explanatory, ‘Indie’ means smaller-level creators, either self-funded or funded by a small investment, not a large company. This can be someone making a game in their spare time, someone making an animated show from Crowdfunding (Kickstarter, IndieGoGo, etc.), any creators casting projects that need actors or voice actors. Our objective is to have them post casting calls on our Opportunity Board. We want this board filled with verified audition opportunities. Some will be paid roles, some will not. We want our members to have a place to find work opportunities within our site.
Executive Assistant
- Maintain regular communication including updating records, creating and maintaining tracking systems

- Online Presence Management: Take charge of creating and coordinating Zoom meetings, promptly responding to Google reviews, and maintaining the Google Business listing for accurate closure dates.
- Appointment Coordination: Proactively engage with clients through follow-up text messages, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed. Efficiently record and manage data in the POS (Point of Sale) system for seamless transaction handling.
• Determines the correct Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification for purchased and manufacture models and products.
• Verify the accuracy of the information including that Harmonized Tariff Schedule number, description, importer of record number, country of origin, duty rate, AD/CVD case numbers, Special Program Indicator (SPI), and entered value.
• Assist in all activities and documentation relating to maintain compliance requirements for Free Trade Agreements, Special Preference Programs, and other government agencies as pertaining to import and export.
