As POD (Proof of Delivery) Staff
Responsible in receiving invoices from POD/3rd party logistics and sales team.
Responsible in creating Credit Memos for customers return good stocks, vueltos and bad orders.
Ensures on-time and complete documentation of transmitted invoices.
Doing timely transmittal of invoices, documents and other related items from logistic department to
accounting.
Creating CM/DM for system difference correcting pricing errors.
Coordination with Competence team regarding on OPEN items in SAP due to underpayment or over
payment of customers.
As Order Management Staff
Enter and process all incoming orders – EDI, web portal based, email.
Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues.
Set up and document the order processing for new customers.
Work closely with customer service specialists to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on
time.
Act as back-up for customer service specialists when required.
Responsible in consolidating and printing all processed orders before forwarding in warehouse team.
Generate daily Customer Service Report Level (Percentage of Quantity Order/Quantity Delivered)
Responsible in making daily, weekly and monthly Purchase Order summary.
Provide assistance to the shipping staff.
Maintain an inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Assemble, gather and document shipping finished goods.
Maintains records of the stocks on the stock cards (incoming/outgoing).
Maintain and manage log books for incoming and outgoing finished goods.
Ensure proper delivery of materials to customers.
Coordinate the functions of all shipping related activities.
Initiate and implement best practices in shipping processes.
As HR Assistant
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executives.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,
training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Run, or confirm the running of, reports on a regular basis and provide to appropriate departments and/or
individuals.
Ensure that student files are complete and filing occurs on a regular basis.
Responsible for keeping department informed of upcoming events and all of school on Registrar
events/issues.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
