I have been working in FMCG retail industry as a purchasing staff and in an electric power company as a customer care provider for several years. Being part of these big industries, I am knowledgeable of the trends of social media engagements to reach more and bigger target markets that will help the business grow.
As part of my practice, I'm engaged in formulating marketing and digital strategies in a vendor-buyer set-up, coordinating with marketing team for upcoming events, providing critique to social media contents, providing quality customer care, sales performance and category growth analysis, formulating strategies to bridge a gap on sales and growth, and taking care of supplier/client negotiations for business events. In addition, being a virtual assistant, I have the skills that are essential to perform at my very best like proficiency in Microsoft applications and Canva.

My deliverables includes the formulation of strategies to increase market reach, creating updated contents of rehomed pets, customer background checking and retention, and marketing strategies. Monitoring of our daily contents, customer service, and negotiations.
As part of Buying Team, I participate in discussions about proposed marketing strategies, digital promotion strategies, annual budgeting, annual selling events, team forums and supplier meetings. Part of my tasks are to prepare templates for price change, new/promotional item entries, vendor enrollment and disengagement, item information modification, rebates, purchase order requests, masterfile updating and other system related requests under my authority. Ensure accurate product pertinent details and registration with Food and Drug Administration. Provide operational assistance, vendor concern assistance, and assistance for other internal concerns. Extract then analyze data to review supplier and store performance, as well as to use data on suggesting marketing strategies. I also conduct visits and store evaluations on a quarterly basis.
Together with Merchandising Team, part of my deliverables is to ensure sending of complete purchase orders to suppliers via email and ecom portal. Consolidate purchase orders on a daily basis per vendor and making a list given to them to compare what they have received and what they have not. Ensuring no leftover purchase orders for the day. As a first hand receiver of purchase order sending concerns, I make sure to inform the head buyer or the assistant buyer for them to have a direct coordination with vendors.
Provide customer care by answering ques and helping to resolve customer concerns related to bills and power connection either via phone call or corporate email. Ensuring customer callbacks to confirm resolved issues and conducting quick surveys on service satisfaction. Tracking and keeping transactional records per customer on a daily basis to avoid missed out concerns.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
