* Responsible in creating a Planned Maintenance agreement using excel and exporting them to PDF that
will be sent to client. This will show the breakdown of all the air quality and catering equipments, pricing
structure for the labour and consumables.
* Generating Reference Jobs for our operations team that will require our technicians in attending sites.
* Onboarding prospected clients by attaining informations and negotiating contracts and sending Service
Level Agreements.
* Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
* Generating quotes for repair works by reviewing jobs based on the service reports and generating supply
quotes and installations by closely working with suppliers for the price and availability of the equipment.
* Communicating with clients through zoom and email to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
by developing trusted relationships to the key accounts, handling off jobs to operations on approved
quotes and providing informations so works will run effectively.
* Experienced in supporting various financial operations such as; preparing technician productivity using
excel and exporting data in JMS system. Also job checking/ invoicing of high value jobs and emailing
invoices directly to the clients.
- Responds and manages stakeholders needs from North America including order entry & monitoring, billing, payment processing, and account administration.
- Assess and resolves consumer concerns and opens a formal case for complaints requiring an investigation and/or research and applies appropriate judgment to properly manage cases and determine the most suitable actions needed to achieve the optimal case cycle time and customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for all measured service levels – order entry within the agreed service level agreement; case handling time, monitoring of aging IDOC errors across al account type C&I, Channel & CPT customers Utilizes multiple applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc - Articulates case symptoms, issues, and case resolutions by updating the case management system and customer notes within developed guidelines.

- In charge in preparing and handling our mini D&I within the team which is also responsible for sending al marketing projects and invites.
- Delivering personalized investment solutions to help clients work towards their long-term financial goals. Providing clients with information on new and existing products and/or services.
