Process bi-weekly payrolls, including calculating earnings, statutory and loan deductions, and taxes ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees in accordance with school policies and government regulations.
Maintain accurate payroll records for all employees, including salary information, benefits, deductions, and leave balances; Update employee payroll information as needed, including changes in employment status, salary adjustments, and benefits enrollment ensuring the confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees, such as discrepancies in pay, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions; Investigate and correct payroll errors, including adjustments for underpayments or overpayments.
Identify opportunities for improving payroll processes and implement best practices and assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software.
Maintain accurate records of all assets, including equipment, machinery, tools, and supplies; Perform regular physical audits and reconcile inventory records with actual stock and develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Ensure all assets are properly tagged and documented and maintain detailed records of asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
Track orders and deliveries of new assets and ensure proper receipt and inspection; Coordinate with procurement staff to ensure timely and accurate acquisition of new assets and work with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to asset deliveries.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present reports on asset inventory levels, usage, and forecasts. Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor and improve asset management performance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure regular maintenance and repairs of assets. Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair history for all assets.
Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize the use of vehicles and equipment. Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs. Ensure fleet availability to meet operational demands, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.
Use fleet management software to track and analyze fleet performance data. Prepare regular reports on fleet status, performance metrics, and maintenance activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve fleet operations.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient service. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of the fleet. Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external service providers.
Ensure all fleet operations comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the fleet. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for fleet operations.
