Typing Test
As a Data Entry Specialist, speed and accuracy are crucial abilities. When I
was in college, one of our major course was "Proper Typing in
Keyboard". In this course, we are trained to type properly without looking
at the screen through proper typing or the proper use of all the fingers to the
assigned group of letters. This abilities have grown more as a result of

Below is an automated table chart designed in Microsoft Word used to analyze and interpret data provided by the subject teachers. The results of the interpretation will be used in planning the remediation and intervention as well as for the preparation of appropriate instructional materials like PowerPoint Presentation or E-Book. I also added a file called Developmental Plan, wherein we are going to present our answer in a table manner for the readers easily interpret and analyze responses.
Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Forms
One of my responsibility is to assist the adviser in managing records of their students thru Learners Information System. There are instances that upon enrolment of the students in the LIS they will be categorized as Pending Enrolment or Change Request, that needs approval from the Division or Central Office. My strategy is to gather the data and documents needed to advisers using Google Form then generate Google Sheets to monitor the status of the request. It's my responsibility to communicate in between the advisers and authorized person for the approval of the request. I also included the grading sheets that we used to record and computer our students grade. Our works became easier by using it because of the formulas.Presentations using PowerPoint and Canva
Preparing interactive and creative presentation using PowerPoint and Canva is what I usually do. I prepare PowerPoint Presentation fast and efficient daily for my lessons. For special events, I used Canva for my presentation as it will be presented to parents, visitors, and executives.
