I am Michael Jair B. Galero 34 years old and married, a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Mathematics at present I am residing at Sta. Cruz Poblacion, Calabanga, Camarines Sur, Philippines. I have 11 months experienced as a Youth Staff in Carnival Cruise Line Inc. and currently a Circle C leader in Carnival Cruise Line Inc. at Miami, Florida United States of America, I have 2 years experienced as Senior high School Teacher at Department of Education and 3 years experienced in private school as a Teacher. With this experience under my previous employer, I’m looking forward for an opportunity to take another step in my career. I’m hoping to do so in an organization like yours to gain more experience and expand my ability to work and interact with others, as well as to become more competitive and improve my personal and professional talents.

The Youth Staff can either work with the kids or the teens. The job responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
Ensuring the safety and supervision of all children participating in activities.
Follow and implement the Policies and Procedures set forth in the Hotel Operations
Manual and maintain an up to date knowledge of the manual.
Be aware of all activities outlined in the Activity Schedules, Specialty Programs &
Family Activities and inform the guests accordingly if asked and ensure they are
carried out as per expectations.
Abiding by rules and regulations set forth by company and/or ship’s command and
attend all training programs as specified by CCL (including all safety drills & training
exercises, Environmental Training and Corporate Training Programs).
Keeping up the children’s hygiene level by consistently tending to their needs.

Ensure the playroom is cleaned & organized as per standards established at the end
of each shift.
