I am Michael Adrian Riparip, 21 years old currently a Senior High School Graduate last 2019. I started working in BPO industry last 2019 up until now and I haven’t tried doing any different job aside from Customer Service. Technical Support Representative, assisting American customers with their technical problem with Home Internet, Telephone and Cable service.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
I will likely be tasked with product, supplier, discount, and competitor research.
