•Sales activities, from lead generation/client acquisition through close
• Manage, monitor and implement the advertising projects of clients
• Prepare and facilitate the processing of accounts-related documents such as quotations, contracts, and timetable
PAYOUT:
• Ensuring that the customer’s details are correct before proceeding to payout.
• Processing payout procedure in a timely manner using different system.
• Making sure that the accounts are always balance.
• Handling inquiries of the other departments regarding the customer’s concern.
ACCOUNTS:
• Monitoring the usage of each accounts every day.
• Ensuring if still have enough number of accounts to use per team or per shift.
• Double checking the bank statement, if seen an unknown withdrawals and abnormalities. Relay
the issue to superior.
• Investigate customer issues relating to payouts and settlements.
• Carrying out daily reports time to time of accounts in a MS word and excel file.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
