The position provided a practical opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various accounting tasks, such as generating estimates & invoices, statement of account management, AP management (monitoring & payment), bank reconciliations, management reporting, aging of AR, managing purchase orders & bills, bank feeds categorization and inventory management.
The job responsibilities include conducting interviews with patients or individuals, completing standard registration forms, coordinating room bookings, overseeing room allocations, and carrying out various admission-related tasks. Additionally, the role encompasses fulfilling the duties of an Information Clerk, Discharge Clerk, and Triage Encoder, such as managing requests for medical, birth, and death certificates, handling telephone transactions, and releasing validation slips for Annual Physical Examinations. Any other relevant tasks assigned by the department head are also performed as part of the job.
