Selling the client's products and services to customers, which includes internet packages, mobile phone plans, streaming and satellite TV service, and other telecommunication services. Processes new service activation, handles customers concerns about their account, billing, or any service-related inquiry. Also responsible for providing technical support, customer’s account management, upselling and cross-selling, and customer retention.
Process and take customers’ orders by entering it into our system, resolve issues related to shipping, returns, and payments, and provide customers with accurate information as required. Was also promoted as a Flex Trainer and Team Leader for the duration of the ramping season.
