1. Prepares timelines for the implementation of the Right-of-Way and Site Acquisition (ROWSA) for the Mindanao Railway Project;
2. Supervises and checks that the implementation of ROWSA Activities (Engineering and Resettlement) will be conducted and completed based on the timeline set;
2. Oversees that the ROWSA Activities (Engineering) is in accordance to RA 10752;
4. Prepare the Land Acquisition Plan (LAP);
5. Assist in the preparation of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP);
6. Checks and submits bi-monthly status reports related ROWSA Activities (Engineering);
7. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the supervisors.
