-Supervision of staff transactions, reports, and deliverables
-Ensures strict adherence to the timely delivery of assigned tasks
-Plans and implements account retention programs and activities
-Conducts client calls and regular client visits
-Attends to phone and written inquiries and concerns of clients
-Provides appropriate recommendations in addressing operational issues
-Analyses and validates the accuracy and completeness of reports
-Monitors the status of all renewing accounts
-Directly oversees the administrative functions of the Assistants through close supervision

-Communicating clients’ requests to providers
