-Collect payments on past due bills
-Help process payments using available payment methods
helps customers to look for available options to stay the account current
-Listen to the customer's story and determine if debt can be collected
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Sending correspondence to account owner
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Finding a “subject” using the company’s standard search and identify methods.
- Reviewing and understanding each report assigned and ensuring that the information requested is
searched for such as report highlights.
- Analyzing the information found on each Social Media platform and in the Internet in general;
determining which information is to be added as the report highlights.
- Writing report summaries and highlights free of grammatical errors, with 100% accuracy and
clarity.
- Taking and uploading screenshots of such findings into the company’s Web-based tool/s using
the standard sizes; adding all relevant findings to the same web-based tools
- Reporting all potential case issues such as incorrect/incomplete information given on a report to
QCMs.
- Adhering to the company policies and procedures.
-Communicate with different University/Colleges President and school officials conduct orientation
-Maintain and file applicants information
-Prepare and update Documents
-Ensure all documentation provided per participant are in quality formatting requirements
