My interest in e-commerce and the many facets that come with it started in 2020 - just before the pandemic started. I worked as an email and chat support for 2 different e-commerce brands for 1 year and 6 months. After that, I ventured on another platform which is content moderation. However, my fascination with e-commerce did not waver and I tried to make a startup website through Shopify. Although it did not go well, I still have with me the knowledge and the drive to maybe push further in the future. After that, I enrolled in proper training on Lead Generation and Email Marketing to widen my knowledge of my chosen niche.
