Hi! I’m Melissa Joyce Pancipane I’ve studied Hotel and Restaurant Management and worked as an RND Consultant and Assistant Pastry Chef for food industry specialized by pastry. As a Chef Consultants I help companies to come up with new product ideas, develop those products into their final form, and may even help with some marketing, bookkeeping, scheduling, and data invoicing, depending on the size of the operation.
As a newbie, I am keen to learn on how to ease the jobs of my client. I am focused, hard-worker, persuasive and enthusiastic. I am passionate in my job and most importantly I am a learner. One of the examples of this is how I proactively manage the needs and demands of my customers with a minimal knowledge on what they want. Most of the time, I find ways on how to deliver the desired output on a given time.
