I started my career as a seafarer. I have had to work in challenging environments, adapt to different working conditions, work long hours, and be away from home for extended periods.
I then transitioned to working as a government employee. Working in the public sector, I have acquired different sets of skills and knowledge such as an understanding of government policies and procedures, budgeting and planning, and communication with various stakeholders.
Recently, I worked as a customer service representative, which involved interacting with customers to answer their questions, provide support, and resolve issues. I developed strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure while providing excellent customer service.
Overall, my diverse work experience suggests that I am a flexible and adaptable worker who can succeed in a variety of working environments. I developed a range of skills, such as problem-solving, communication, and customer service, that can be transferable to other roles and industries.
