More Info About Me
I am Melanie Mae Alava Merlin, 22 years old. I am a virtual assistant located in Manila, Philippines. I took up a Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management. I started working as a visual assistant and social media manager on January 4, 2022. Before I worked as a professional, I worked as a junior graphic designer and customer service representative for a BPO company. Therefore, I learned how to communicate with our clients and how to sell our products to all of our clients.
In addition, I attended the seminar, online training, and free online courses. I took up online training in the biggest company like Google, Lobsters Ink, and Tesda, and right now I'm attending my Harvard University online course.
Furthermore, the reason why I'm into social media platforms is that I've been using social media for decades now but decided to get into it professionally this year. I always use social media to communicate, have fun, edit pictures and videos, meet new people, and gain knowledge. Eventually, I started to grab the opportunity to use my knowledge to help my clients and improve my skills. I knew that this was the kind of career where I could show my talents and combine my artistic abilities with my strategic thinking.
I would like to continue this career to help business owners and entrepreneurs build their businesses and give them motivation by letting them focus on growth and helping them with their daily operations and tasks. I'm grateful and happy that I'm using my knowledge to help my clients boost their businesses and know their brand names.
