• Accepting calls from prospective leads or sellers as they arise.
• Follow up leads by calling or sending emails and messages.
• Schedule appointments for an estimator visit with the seller/client using google canlendar
• Responsible for maintaining a record of contacts, accounts, deals and all information about the lead/seller using Zoho CRM.
• Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
• Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
• Assisting customers online for a fast, easy trip, fuel, and overweight/oversize truck permits.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
• Listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
• Act as the record custodian of all sales related documents.
• Responsible for analyzing, controlling & encoding of sales related transactions.
