More Info About Me

I started my Professional journey at 18, working at Jollibee as a SMART, where i managed birthday parties from start to finish. After just one month, i was offered a regular position but soon received another opportunity that doubled my salary and open the door to an office environment.

I joined Alex Stewart Intercorp Inspection Company, an International firm, where i began as a Secretary. Handling email management, client support and assisting with Operations for 8 years. After we received Memorandum from the CEO of the Company, as a Branch Company, we are to implement the Instructions given by the Head Quarters, We received instructions that our office will now be managed by a Japanese Director, i eventually became his Personal Assistant. In this role, I managed his emails, scheduled meetings, arranged travel and organized confidential documents and provided administrative support.

Two years later, I was promoted to Marketing Assistant. For 6 years i strengthen client relations through quarterly visits, managed clients, clients communication and prepared reports for the Executives. My career progressed further when I became a Commercial Manager on a new branch of office. I oversee Financial operations, Laboratory functions and overall business management. Through these experiences, I've developed strong skills in Executive Support, Client relations, Operations Management and Leadership. I take pride in my ability to adapt, grow and contribute to both people focused and business driven goals.

My Career reflects my commitment, adaptability and ability to take on greater responsibilities with excellence having managed Operations, Marketing, Client relations and Administrative functions, I bring a well-rounded skill set that makes me highly effective as a Executive Virtual Assistant. I am eager to apply my experience to support businesses, provide reliable assistance and deliver value with professionalism and integrity.
