• Main or central corporate role focusing on development and content completion of documentations
specially proposals and engagement letters & others related documents.
• Coordinating and working with Senior Partner, 5 Partners, 5 Directors, 2 Senior Managers and 6
Managers and 100+ resources in different divisions regarding with different company documents
especially proposals and engagement letters, non disclosure agreements, forms, records and details of
clients.
• Preparing Proposals and Engagement Letters in dealing with clients to enter into a business
arrangement.
• Revision and amendment of fees if necessary to negotiate.
• Responsible for overseeing projects to ensure opening of the project, process on delivering the
projects, designate project resources, monitor progress and keep management informed the entire
way.
• Assisting in the overall coordination, pricing, assembly and review of proposal documentation and
presenting submittal to management approvals.
• Daily checking and response to International relationship conflict check in global relationship system.
• Compiling of fees, schedules, technical elements and requirements with accordance with the request
for proposal specifications.
• Preparing Engagement letters adhere to the code of standards of the Company.
• Modifying/ edit engagement letters when needed.
• Issuing engagement letters to the clients directly.
• Filing and organizing clients signed proposal and engagement letters and other related documents.
• Managing resources for projects and timesheets.
• Use CRM tool to proactively track activity status, project requirements and history.
• Ensuring deadlines are meet and completion of requirements for submission of the proposals,
engagement letters, reports and other related documents.
• Accountable for monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, approving expenses, and
ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected.
• Maintained cash flow by monitoring bank balances, issued cheques and cash requirements.
• Tracked and recorded expenses and reconciled accounts to maintain accurate, current and compliant
financial records.
• Ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks.
• Review supplier invoices, general ledger coding of expenses and verify supplier payments with
supporting invoices, PRs, POs, etc.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger.
• Records financial transactions.
• Purchases materials from suppliers.
• Prepares Quotations, Invoices and Receipts for clients.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Forecast, planning and budgeting.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying the finished product.
• Complies with local financial legal requirements and VAT by studying existing and new legislation,
enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
