I am specializing in weddings and social events, I oversee the planning and execution of memorable, seamless celebrations. My role involves coordinating with clients to understand their vision, managing timelines and budgets, liaising with trusted suppliers, and ensuring every detail from décor to logistics is flawlessly delivered. Reception Manager oversee the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience. Manage reception staff, schedules and daily operations. Ensuring a smooth embarkation and disembarkation for the guests.
Events Manager arranging the events onboard like wedding, renewal of vows, commitment ceremony etc. Collaborates with various departments to ensure seamless execution.
Process all guests at embarkation/registration according to the embarkation SOP. This includes, check-in, collecting passports and other documents. Issue boarding cards to each guest embarking. Maintain a working cash flow for the cashing of guest travellers checks, collecting payments, etc. This fund has to be balanced daily. Receipts are to be submitted to the Night Auditor for processing. Shortages are the responsibility of the Receptionist. Process guest credit-card vouchers for eventual settlement of their voyage Account. Ensure that all guest complaints received at the Reception Desk are either settled immediately or referred to the relative party for follow up. Guest to be promptly advised of all actions taken. Become knowledgeable concerning all facets of shipboard organisation and services, ports of call and shore excursions. Receive and inventory lost and found items. Inventory of found items has to be completed in a presence of person submitting them and both parties sign inventory log. Maintain a log of all found items and reports of lost items.Ensure that the Reception area is kept in a presentable, clean and orderly manner at all times.
Assisting for check in and check out ensuring to achieve guests satisfaction by promptly attend all guests request and inquiries. Provide information about the hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Remote bookkeeping support. Manages financial records, reconciles accounts, saves time and ensures accuracy.
