• Looking for prospect clients thru social media;

• Ensures correctness of encoded hours of duty, overtime and night shift hours for payroll processing;
• Encoding and monitoring of mandatory deductions;
• Processing of 13th month pay for contractual employees thru verifying and encoding their attendance;
• Releasing of pay slip weekly; and
• Attends politely to payroll concerns of employees.
• Administers exam and initial interview for office-based, production and skilled applicants;
• Checking and ensuring that all requirements submitted are complete and authentic;
• Conducts background check for admin applicants;
• Orients successful applicants and introduce new admin employee to all departments;
• Coordinates with Compensation & Benefits on insurance enrollment;
• Monitors contracts and prepares end of contract notice;
• Distributes evaluations and getting the rating;
• In charge in releasing of 13th month pay to resigned employees;
• Maintaining and updating of 201; and
• Assists in company events.
