- Help fast-track the resolution of billing disputes beyond the service level agreement (SLA)
- Assist in managing the financials of customers with above $50k in 90+days AR
- Work with Collections on the status of the past dues of the customer
- Answer customer's billing inquiries through emails
- Check and review invoices for billing disputes and assess if credit is due
- Resolve billing disputes by customer education or issuing applicable credits
- Create a root cause analysis for credit processing once determined that credit is due
