I am a Professional Virtual Assistant, a well-rounded collaborator and partner.
I've been in the BPO industry for almost 4 years; as a customer service representative, a telemarketer and social media manager. As a customer service representative we need to be tough, learn how to deal and interact with different people and exceed their expectations to provide quality service. I also experienced working on a regular office as an HR Officer dealing with clients from different companies and applicants. I was a social media manager just for a bit but I loved it. I managed our clients Instagram accounts and it's very heart warming being trusted by our client and letting me trust my judgment for all our contents. I didn't realize I can pursue it as my career then. Now, I want to work independently and I believe that with all my experiences I can provide quality service to help you grow your business.
