Hello, I'm May-Ann, 27 years old, married, and a proud mother to a 1-year-old son. I'm from South Luzon, Philippines.
I graduated in Pharmacy Services through Technical Vocational Education and have 9 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant. Additionally, I am also a Travel Agent.
In addition to my background, I have completed in-depth training as a Medical Virtual Assistant through ProVa. During this training, I developed skills in patient scheduling, EMR & EHR systems for managing patient information, customer service, remote support techniques, and medical record management. I also support telemedicine and conduct research tasks while ensuring confidentiality.
As a General Virtual Assistant, I provide administrative support, including email management, social media coordination, and project organization. I'm proficient in various software tools and excel at multitasking and delivering efficient virtual support.
