Hi, I am Chel, former HR Manager in a private company and as part of my job I am managing people and deal with different behaviors. As to managing people, one of the tools I am familiar with is using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) a digital system where I can manage and monitor the employee performance in an efficient way. Aside from being an HR Personnel, I also have background on sales since most of my previous job is sales related. I am literate in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and with an average typing speed. I am here to help my future clients with my utmost skills, knowledge and ability.
