I started working when I was 15 years old. I have a total of 6 years working as a Virtual Assistant and a Customer Support at the previous company I'm working with. In my 2nd year, I was promoted to Team Leader for the customer support team that I'm part of. For almost 4 years, I have led this customer support team for a dropshipping business.
In 2022, my employer decided to transfer me to a new account which is Appointment Setting and Cold Calling for an Auto Financing company in Canada. I multitask in order to handle the new account while helping my customer support team to adjust. After a few months, my team adjusted to the changes and I started training new employees for the new account, I also became the Team Leader for this new account.
Year 2023, I decided to seek new opportunities for professional growth and development. While I valued my time at my previous company and learned a great deal, I felt that it was time for a change and a new challenge that aligned better with my long-term career goals.

German account - I provide service and support to customers via email and Shopify Inbox and I use tools to communicate accurately in German such as DeepL.
