I have started as a call center representative for a Telco company, then I switched to an Ecommerce focusing on addressing shipping and delivery concerns. After a year, was able to shift to an admin job, and I can confidently say that I have exceled in that area. Catering thousands of employees with only 25 personnels in our team, who will not develop their skills right?
