Hi, I am Thalia, I started my career as an Account Specialist (Back Office Job) in the BPO Industry and that was my first job after I graduated from college in the field of Business Administration and Business Outsourcing Management. I've been in the BPO for almost 6years and been part of the Operations Team as Quality Analyst. I already handled different US Account in a different timezone. I want to pursue my career in another field so I'm making the switch to working as a virtual assistant to help a company remotely.
