However, driven by a desire to broaden my impact and contribute to the public sector, I made a significant career transition by joining the government as an administrative staff. As an Administrative staff, I am responsible for preparing, collecting, and monitoring bidding documents for all the infrastructure projects by the city. I maintain the filing system of my office such as hardcopy, and softcopy that are related to the job. I also act as a representative of my office to its external and internal clients by providing information to their queries and requests.
As a Customer Service Associate, I specialized in managing new accounts in our branch. In my role, I serve as the front line of the bank that receives, processes, and approves requests for account openings, whether it's savings, checking, or other financial products for both walk-in and payroll accounts while ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the bank. I also handle concerns of the branch received through email. In addition, I am responsible for promoting bank products and services to existing and prospective clients.
As a Customer Service Associate, I play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by handling various financial transactions. Whether it's depositing funds, processing withdrawals, or assisting with inquiries.
