I was responsible for accurately uploading, updating, and managing product information across online platforms. This role ensures product listings are complete, well-organized, and optimized to improve visibility and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and upload product listings on e-commerce platforms (Walmart and Amazon)
Enter and update product details such as titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, and inventory levels
Upload and organize product images following platform guidelines
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all listings
Edit and optimize product titles and descriptions for search visibility (basic SEO)
Monitor and correct listing errors, duplicates, or missing information
Follow data entry standards and company procedures
Meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
I was responsible for teaching and tutoring students of various levels, ranging from 3-year-old learners to high school students. I provided personalized instructional materials, assisted with reviews and assignments, delivered regular feedback, and planned structured lessons based on each student’s needs.
In addition, I served as the finance personnel, managing parent payments and outstanding balances. I maintained accurate financial records using Excel for documentation and tracking purposes.
I was also assigned as the marketing officer, where I handled correspondence with offices and promoted our services to target audiences. I designed and edited promotional materials such as flyers using Canva and Microsoft Publisher.
