• Mainly to source applicants and produce qualified endorsements daily.
• Understand the job vacancies given by the clients.
• Create job postings in Jobstreet, Monster, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
• Conduct sourcing activities in various channels (referrals, database, job portals, social media, etc.)
• Assess the profile of applicants based on the given qualifications and employment set up through paper screening, phone interview and/or face to face interview.
• Submit formatted profile (CV) of screened candidates to the Team Lead for endorsement.
• Coordinate with Team Lead on the application status, interview/exam schedules, client feedback, etc.
• Submission of daily endorsement report.
• Requisition based on Client's current requirements like; Jr/Sr. Java Developer, Unity Developer, C# Developer, DotNet Developer, Data Scientist, Sr. Business Analyst, UI/UX Developer, 3D/Web GL Developer
• Carry out paper screening of candidate CVs from various sourcing channel like; Jobstreet, Linkedin, Monster, Hiredly, and other Malaysian job portals
• Paper-screened all applicants, conduct phone interview and competency-based interview prior to client qualifications.
• Performs background investigation
• Endorsement of qualified candidate for further assessment.
• Update and maintain candidate database and trackers
• Schedule the candidate for hiring manager interviews
• Assist candidates in their onboarding process
