Hello there! My name is Mary, and I am your Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager. After years of working in the corporate world, I've always wanted to work from home. Who wouldn't want to be like that? The permanent work-from-home arrangement, flexible working hours, no travel, and you're at home with your family! When I started working as a Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager, I was able to accomplish this.
It's not easy being a Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager, but it's what I enjoy doing. This is my true calling. I am an enthusiastic social media manager who focuses primarily on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. Using Facebook Creator Studio and Hootsuite, I was able to automate approximately 90% of my day-to-day social media posting without sacrificing quality.
I worked as a Customer Service Professional for 5 years before becoming a freelancer. Then the pandemic struck the country – or, more accurately, the world. We had to look for another job because we had to temporarily stop working while the company figured things out. Fortunately, I discovered Upwork and signed up for an account. I began applying for Virtual Assistant jobs and eventually got my first client.
