• Respond promptly and courteously to incoming requests. Intensify escalated requests as appropriate.
• Was encharged of order processing, order replacements, refunds, and other general admins tasks.
• Cold calling potential clients to market our product and services by highlighting promotions that tailor-fit customer needs.
• Create urgency in every sales call. Explaining what's in it for them to avail our services.
• Keeping a close eye on our competitors. Keep track of their offers, marketing strategies, prices to create a better offer.
• Assisting clients in password reset, computer issues, and installing apps.
• Troubleshoots phone, internet, and T.V. services.
