• Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.

• Perform basic bookkeeping task using Quickbooks like double checking the invoices and finalized before it will send to the clients.
• Responsible for cleaning rooms and restrooms, general sweeping , mopping , dusting and polishing.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Notifying the managers for necessary repairs.
