• Track and trace the status of container shipments

• Follow up customers with their open invoice (Account Receivable)
• Answering emails by the customers in regards with their billing
• Record keeping of all documents (hard copy files)
• Preparing end of the month reports
• Responsible for cleaning rooms and restrooms, general sweeping , mopping , dusting and polishing.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Notifying the managers for necessary repairs.
• Wipe down glass surfaces
• Also assign to monitor the inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activities.
