-Plan, design, manage and measure the success of on-boarding team and build a
collaborative relationship by partnering closely with Sourcing /Recruiting team.
-Act as the SME for onboarding processes and partner with recruitment teams to identify
key challenges and work towards implementable solution.
-Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements
of the recruiting open vacancies
-Provide regular updates and feedback to OB Leads, Recruitment Managers and
stakeholders
-Managed customer calls effectively and efficiently in a complex, fast-paced and challenging call center environment.
-Allocate payments directly into customer’s accounts, complying to customer and company specification.
-Providing accurate information about client products and services to the caller and educating the callers on how to use client products and services.
-Providing excellent quality customer service and other duties as assigned.
-Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
-In-depth knowledge of casino games including baccarat, sic bo and money wheel while performing different interaction with the players.
-Communicate to floor manager regarding customer request or disturbed situation which is not in the jurisdiction of casino dealer for further action.
-Remind players about rules and regulations of the games.
-Maintain game pace fast and smooth by handling cards, chips, money, dice and other equipment efficiently
-Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
-Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
-Handle numerous files of candidate.
-Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and
explaining company policies.
-Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process
incoming resumes.
-Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus
and leaves.
