I’m a very ambitious person. I continually establish objectives for myself because I thrive on challenges and need something to aim towards. I don't like to settle, and I'm constantly seeking ways to improve and to learn new knowledge. In my almost 4 yrs of experience as a customer service representative I have expanded my knowledge in different accounts with various tools to use such as, I handled travel accounts, t-mobile, credit card services and even healthcare accounts. I’m beyond grateful for having the opportunity to up-skill my knowledge and experience lots of improvements as I know I can benefit from them in the long run.
While doing all of that I also did manage my online business page and it helps me to improve in doing daily updates, posting catchy logos and designs. It feels like I’m learning and learning everyday which I love and I will always love doing.
With all of that said, I can definitely assure you that I can provide excellent work in every task you will be given as I'm a very fast learner, organized, self-driven and know how to communicate and letting my client know that we’re on the same page.
