Greetings, I’m Mary Louieasha Isais, a results-based professional based in Caloocan City, Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Our Lady of Fatima University in 2016. Having strong customer service, quality control and production skills with years of experience in those fields has given me a well developed skill set with a keen focus on communication (both written and spoken), problem solving, organization and attention to detail.
I started my career as Email Handler at Curo Teknika ePLDT (2017-2018). This role saw me become adept at de-escalating customer problems through gathering relevant details, offering viable solutions, and ensuring a positive experience. These experiences taught me that responsiveness, adaptability and open communication was critical to building trust and achieving results.
I was a Quality Control Inspector for Taiwan Glass Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where I refined my analytical and technical skills through material measurement, defect recognition, and quality assurance. This demanded precision, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, which I successfully applied to meet production goals.
My last position was in SDI Corporation (2022-2025), I further developed operational efficiency skills by conducting inspection and packing in a high-volume production environment. Skills in time management, process rigour and accuracy were critical to preventing disruptions in workflow and meeting targets. I now wish to make a move into the world of virtual assistance and bring my varied background and passion for assisting others to provide an excellent support service. Whether that level of support involves schedules, tasks, communications, project assistance, I want to be that organizational, multitasking, detail-oriented helping hand.
I will bring to the position a tireless work ethic, a strident passion to deliver high quality work, and proactivity in tackling problems head-on. My aim is to assist clients in reducing their process, enhancing productivity, and succeeding in their field.
