Being in the airline industry for the past thirteen years molded me to become an individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. I lead a team of cabin crew for an international flight. I do safety briefing and set expectation for the whole flight. I ensure the safety and satisfaction of passengers by answering questions and offering them assistance. I welcome passengers on board and help them to their seats when necessary. I do check the cabin before take-off to ensure compliance to safety regulations. Serving of snacks and drinks are also included. I monitor the cabin frequently for the entire duration of the flight. I prepare myself so I can stay calm and offer assistance to passengers in the event of an emergency. I also give particular attention to passengers who needs special assistance (children, disabled, elderly, mother with infant and pregnant). And after the flight, I make reports concerning any significant issues or happenings on ground and inflight.
