I'm compiling an inventory report, figuring out the annual dollar volume, annual dollar volume %, and ABC Classification, where class A items are those with a high annual dollar volume. The annual dollar volume for Class B inventory items is medium, and the annual dollar volume for Class C inventory items is low and may only account for 5% of the annual dollar volume.

I handle daily inventory service requests for the client while also keeping an eye on whether or not the request has been fulfilled. A service request is a ticket we create once we receive a call from the customer, whether it is an inquiry or a complaint.
