• Responsible for handling Record to report activities which includes, posting of bank statements (42 banks) and cash report (10 cash
boxes) / Bank Reconciliation and Cash completeness/Reconciling Interim accounts/ Close Process Activities (Group company:
Austrian – Decentral)
• Internal Quality Check to 4 FTE’s (handling Europe, Asia, Mexico)
• Focal person in Austrian – Decentral (process related)/Mentoring 5 team members.
• Focal person 2017 Year-end activities for Austrian Decentral for Form 1 – 3.
• Helping Cashier and Approving managers when it comes to the required fields and impact of each field in cash audit report and
closing cash boxes.
• Responsible for maintaining RTR data and reporting activities.
• Respond to BU contacts to deliver error free process
• Back up for the following processes: CLH posting activities/BSP Liquidity for Austrian/IKS
• Participate in Audit when needed.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities
• Take the lead and manage the reconciliation process for all assigned AIG cash or suspense accounts.
• Maintain and update documentation of account description and recon procedures of assigned accounts.
• Monitor receipt of bank statements for cash accounts.
• Prepare and distribute completed monthly reconciliations throughout the reporting period.
• Develop relationships with various internal administration units and key contacts.
• Research and clear outstanding items, providing accurate identification and appropriate explanations/descriptions using Excel, SAP
ledger system and other internal accounting systems.
• Provide analytical data and support documentation to business units so that they can resolve outstanding reconciliation items.
• Build relationships and develop sound understanding of purpose/processes of assigned accounts.
• Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Meet Timeliness and quality requirement on a daily basis.
• Other- Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by the Team Leader or Unit Manager such as team meetings,
training/processing updates, error analysis discussion, quality, process improvement initiatives and admin tasks.
• Do the QR (Quality Review) for the assigned accounts of preparers (9 FTE’s).
• Distribute and do analysis of every account to the preparers.
• Cross-trained to Intercompany Accounts & Unclaimed Funds.
• Handle trainings for the up-skilling of FTE’s.
