I am a newly married woman (less than a year); no child yet, and a plain housewife.
I’ve been with Jollibee Foods Corporation for 12years; with 10years managerial experience. My latest position was 1st Assistant Restaurant Manager and I’ve already handled Production Management, Inventory Management, Food Safety, Service Management, Cash Control, Payroll of Managers and Crew, Hiring, Training, and Scheduling of Crew.
Currently, I’m handling my own online business for 3years already. Selling Milktea, Takoyaki, and Frappe via Facebook Page (Business Suite), Food Panda, and GrabFood.

• Ensure store is compliant to all FSCC standards
• Analyzes and develops accurate stock forecasts and maintains timely ordering.
• Provides inputs/recommendations based on various financial reports/sources to improve profit performance.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition plans on production and cleanliness, and drives compliance to Gold Standard Consistency standards.
• Acts as Food Safety Compliance Officer to oversee implementation of the food safety program in the restaurant.
• Maintenance Lead. Designs and implements the facilities and equipment maintenance system programs for the restaurant including preventive maintenance.
• Supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving the KRA targets through effective management of operations.
• Monitors and analyzes sales performance; provides recommendations to improve sales performance for regular sales (dine in and take out).
• Marketing Support. Develops, recommends, implements and evaluates programs to support sales building tactics/directions for regular sales and assigned Business Channel of Jolly Kiddie Party and bulk orders.
• Tasked to monitor and assess the labor cost management plan, implement the cash control plan and cash control audits.
• Assess the service system using the Feedback Management System (FMS) to arrive at insights to improve customer experience.
• Provides inputs to the Restaurant Manager in appraisal of Crew Leaders and and implements the Crew Learning System, as part of his/her People KRA.
• Coordinating daily management of restaurant operation.
• Providing superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts and estimates future needs for goods.
• Administrative tasks such as ordering from suppliers, daily encoding of employees' manhours, daily encoding of cashier's sales report, summarizing the manhours every 15th and 30th of the month for payroll purposes, encoding petty cash vouchers, monthly financial audit, monitoring and making action plans for our delivery service.
